Online Shoppers for Google Meet Interview

We are looking for people who have had a poor experience while shopping online, especially because the customer service was slow, unhelpful, confusing, or poorly managed.

This is a short 15 minute Google Meet interview. We will ask you a few questions about your real shopping experience, the issue you faced, how customer service handled it, and what made the experience frustrating.

Topics may include delayed deliveries, missing orders, damaged products, wrong items, refunds, returns, order tracking, slow responses, repeated follow ups, unclear answers, unresolved complaints, poor communication, and overall customer frustration.

The session will be recorded for internal research purposes.

Requirements:

Experience shopping online from ecommerce websites or marketplaces

Had at least one poor customer service experience while shopping online

Able to clearly explain what happened and how it was handled

Fluent English communication skills

Comfortable joining a Google Meet call

Comfortable with the session being recorded

Able to share honest feedback

Time: 15 minutes

Payment: $10 through Upwork after completion
